Since Jessica joined Hicks in 2009, she has held various positions within the firm, giving her a unique approach as a consultant. Her well-rounded experience has established her as an expert in the industry.

Jessica earned the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation from the National Institute of Pension Administrators and a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Phoenix.

Lynly Packer

Lynly Packer joined J.P. Morgan in 2022 and serves as Executive Director and Alternatives Client Advisor within J.P. Morgan's Asset Management division.  In this capacity, Lynly will be the subject matter expert for the advisory alternatives platform and partner with Client Advisors across the Wealth, Independent and Affiliate channels to grow private market alternatives with advisors. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Lynly spent 10 years with Wells Fargo. In her most recent role she was the Lead Alternative Investment Consultant for Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management's key businesses including Wells Fargo Advisors, The Private Bank and Abbot Downing. In this capacity, she partnered with FAs and end investors to understand alternative investments solutions and how to integrate them into a broader portfolio. Her scope of product coverage included real estate, infrastructure, private equity and credit, hedge funds and direct private investments. Prior to that, Lynly spent 10 years serving as an SVP, Senior Portfolio Manager in Private Wealth Management at Wells Fargo and US Trust where she worked with high-net worth families, foundations, and endowments and controlled 700MM in assets across a dynamic, multi-asset class platform. She has 20 years of experience in asset and wealth management. Lynly earned her B.S. in Business from Santa Clara University, and an M.B.A. from San Diego State University.
